Official Rules of the Raffle “BullClub Launch: 5 Pro Line Rackets”

1. Object and Organizing Company

AGUIRRE Y CÍA., S.A. (hereinafter, “Bullpadel”), with tax identification number B65576878 and registered office at Calle Trespaderne 29, 28042, Madrid, organizes a commercial promotion under the name “BullClub Launch: 5 Pro Line Rackets” (hereinafter, the “Promotion”). The objective of this action is to promote the launch of the brand’s new loyalty club through its e-commerce platform Bullpadel.com.

2. Territorial Scope, Timeframe and Age

This Promotion is international in scope, being exclusively limited to participants with legal residence in any member country of the European Union, in addition to Noruega, Liechtenstein and Mónaco.

Customs note for Non-EU countries: Since Noruega, Liechtenstein and Mónaco do not belong to the customs territory of the European Union, in the event that the winner resides in one of these three countries, the delivery of the prize will be subject to the conditions of Section 5 of these rules, being the responsibility of the winner any customs management or local import tax.

The valid period to participate will begin on 5 August 2026 at 00:00 h CEST (UTC+2) and will end on 23 August 2026 at 23:59 h CEST (UTC+2).

Participation is restricted to natural persons over 18 years of age completed at the time of entry.

3. Participation Requirements and Raffle Mechanics

In order for participation to be considered valid and to qualify for the prizes, users must mandatory complete a two-step process before the end date of the Promotion:

• Step 1 (Registration in the list of participants): The user must register their email address through the form enabled for this purpose on the official landing page of the Promotion.
• Step 2 (Membership Activation): The participant must hold the status of active member of the loyalty program «BullClub» within the website Bullpadel.com as of the closing date of the raffle.
  • If the user is ALREADY a registered customer on Bullpadel.com: They must log in to their private area and expressly activate the subscription/membership box to the Club.

If the user is NOT a registered customer on Bullpadel.com: They must create a user account from scratch, complete the mandatory requested data and activate the membership to the Club within their control panel.

Critical Validation Rule: Arriving on 23 August 2026 at 23:59 h CEST (UTC+2), Bullpadel will perform an automated data cross-referencing. If the email address registered in the form of Step 1 does not match exactly with an account that has the Club membership active (Step 2), the participation will be automatically nullified for all purposes, losing any right over the raffle.

4. Exclusions

The following may not participate in this Promotion:

• Minors under 18 years of age.
• Employees of AGUIRRE Y CÍA., S.A., as well as their direct relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity.
• Fake profiles, automated accounts (bots), expert platforms in the mass generation of contest entries, or users participating under multiple identities.

5. Prizes and Nature of the Reward

A total of five (5) prizes are established for five (5) different winners (a single prize per winner). Each prize will consist of one (1) paddle racket of free choice by the winner, limited solely and exclusively to the models belonging to the current «Pro Line» collection marketed on Bullpadel.com at the time of choice.

• Stock Limitation: The delivery of the chosen model will be strictly subject to stock availability in the Bullpadel warehouses at the time of managing the prize. In case of out-of-stock of the selected model, the winner must choose another model available within the Pro Line range. Model Exclusions: The racket models “BULLPADEL PRO LINE PEARL 27” and “BULLPADEL PRO LINE LTD NEURON 02 EDGE BULLPADELSHOW 06 X ORLINSKI” are not included in this promotion.
• The prizes are personal and non-transferable, have no independent economic market value separate from the product, may not be exchanged for cash or any other article, nor be subject to alteration or economic compensation.
• For winners with legal residence in Noruega, Liechtenstein or Mónaco, AGUIRRE Y CÍA., S.A. will assume the costs of standard international shipping, but it will be the exclusive responsibility of the recipient to pay any customs duty, local tax (such as the Norwegian MVA) or import clearance fee that the authorities of their country require for the delivery of the product.

6. Selection of Winners and Communication

The extraction of the winners will be carried out during the days following the closure of the contest through the use of a certified computer platform that guarantees totally random selection. The extraction will proceed for:

• Five (5) main winners.
• Five (5) substitutes, ordered correlatively (from 1 to 5).

Contact procedure: Bullpadel will notify the winners directly through a personal email sent to the address with which they registered. The winner will have an unextendable period of five (5) calendar days, counting from the sending of the email, to respond confirming the acceptance of the prize and indicating the chosen Pro Line model along with their shipping data. If after said period of 5 days the winner does not respond, rejects the prize or it is verified that they did not meet the requirements, they will automatically and irrevocably lose the right to the prize, proceeding to contact the first substitute on the list, who will have the same period of time, and so on.

7. Taxation

The prizes of this Promotion are subject to the current Spanish tax regulations. As the market value of the prizes exceeds €300, AGUIRRE Y CÍA., S.A. will fully assume the personal income tax (IRPF) payment on account that corresponds to settle before the Tax Agency in relation to the delivered prize. To these effects, it will be a mandatory and indispensable requirement that the winners provide the organization with a copy of their DNI, NIE or Passport, as well as the signature of the prize acceptance document. Compliance with any other individual tax obligation or local declaration derived from obtaining the prize in their respective country of residence will be the exclusive responsibility of the winner.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bullpadel is exempted from any liability for damages, losses or delays derived from the malfunction of telecommunications networks, crashes of web servers, errors in data entry by users or incidents attributable to courier companies during the shipping of the prize. Faced with any circumstance of force majeure or duly justified commercial/technical cause, Bullpadel reserves the power to modify, postpone or cancel the Promotion, committing to communicate it through its usual channels.

9. Protection of Personal Data

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and the applicable national regulations, the data controller for your data is AGUIRRE Y CÍA., S.A.

• Purpose: Management of participation in the raffle, communication with the winners and, derived from the registration process in Step 2, the management of your user profile within the loyalty program BullClub (including the sending of personalized commercial communications based on your profile if authorized when joining the club).
• Lawfulness of processing: The legal basis is the execution of these official rules and the explicit consent granted by the user when performing the registration process and sign-up in the club.
• Data retention: The data will be kept for the period necessary for the management of the raffle and, regarding the club, indefinitely until the user requests their unsubscription from the program.
• Rights: Participants may exercise their rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by sending an email to info@bullpadel.com. Likewise, they have the right to file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

10. Assignment of Image Rights

The acceptance of the prize by the winners implies the express and free authorization to Bullpadel to publish their name, surnames or web username on their social networks, newsletter or sections of the e-commerce for the sole purpose of providing transparency to the resolution of the raffle.

11. Acceptance of the Rules and Applicable Law

Participation in this Promotion implies the full, total and unreserved acceptance of these Official Rules. Any breach will lead to the immediate exclusion of the participant. These rules are governed by Spanish legislation. For the resolution of any controversy or interpretative discrepancy, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts and Tribunals of the city of Madrid, unless by mandatory consumer law another different jurisdiction applies.
